Un article qui a seulement pour but de vous faire profiter des magnifiques cerisiers en fleurs que j’ai pu admirer en avril dernier dans Paris. La saison étant très courte, c’est donc un privilège de pouvoir les photographier en pleine floraison. Privilège supplémentaire : beaucoup des photos de cet article ont été prises dans le Square Jean XXIII, attenant à Notre Dame de Paris, quelques heures avant l’incendie qui a éclaté dans la cathédrale…. On peut ainsi encore apercevoir la flèche, qui a malheureusement été détruite par les flammes…. Les fleurs roses des cerisiers se marient parfaitement avec les pierres de la cathédrale, offrant un spectacle typiquement parisien 😊 Je vous laisse en profiter ! 😉🌸
English version : The purpose of this blog post is only to share the beauty of the cherry blossoms trees that I was lucky enough to witness last april in Paris. The blooming season is really short so it’s a privilege to be able to take pictures of them in full bloom. The cherry on the cake is that most of the pics in this post were taken in Square Jean XXIII, located next to Notre Dame de Paris, only a few hours before the dramatic fire that destroyed some parts of the cathedral…. You can still see the spire, which, unfortunately, was destroyed in the flames…. The pink blooms of the trees are a perfect match with the stones of the cathedral, and offer a typically parisian view 😉 Enjoy! 😉🌸
